Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price of a holiday?
Inclusions on your coach holiday will be specified on the product page on our website, or in our brochures. This should clarify transport, accommodation, meal basis and any extras we provide within the price.
Can I choose my seat on the coach?
Of course! Let us know where your preferred seat location is and we'll do our best to allocate you there.
How comfortable are your coaches?
Our coaches should include comfortable chairs, air conditioning and onboard toilet to give you the best journey possible.
How often are rest stops made?
Regular stops are scheduled every 2-3 hours where possible for your comfort.
Where can I join your holidays from?
We provide a door-to-door transfer service on all our overnight holidays (unless specified). This means we will collect you from home, and transfer you to/from the coach - ready to start your holiday without delay! Find out more here.
How much luggage can I take?
We recommend packing light where possible. Your 'main' larger case should weigh no more than 15kg - this will be stored under the coach so please bring a carry-on bag with everything you'll need on a journey.
Are meals included?
Many holidays include breakfast and evening meals, but inclusions vary and are clearly detailed in the itinerary.
Can hotels cater for my dietary requirements?
Most hotels are able to cater for special dietary requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking so that this can be passed on directly to the hotel.
Is travel insurance required?
Insurance is not included, but it is essential for to take out an appropriate insurance policy incase you can't travel for some reason, or are unwell whilst on holiday.
Can passengers with limited mobility travel?
We welcome all passengers, but there is a minimum requirement to be able to board the coach unaided via steps due to the nature of the vehicle.
Can I take a wheelchair or mobility aid?
Foldable wheelchairs or mobility aids are welcome. Due to safety and size limitations, motorised scooters (or similar) cannot be taken.
What happens if my holiday is cancelled?
If your holiday is cancelled by Primrose Holidays, you will receive a full refund subject to our terms and conditions.
Is my money financially protected?
Yes! All customer money is secured with an appropriate method in line with requirements under the UK Package Travel Regulations.
What documents do I need to travel?
You must be able to prove your identity on UK holidays in some way. Overseas tours require a valid passport and appropriate visas if necessary.
