DAY ONE

Depart from your home area in the morning and travel to Sheffield to arrive late afternoon at the Mercure Kenwood Hall Hotel. 4-night stay – dinner, bed & breakfast.

DAY TWO

After a leisurely breakfast we journey to visit Chatsworth House home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Explore over 25 rooms in the house including the Painted Hall, State Rooms and Sculpture Gallery. Discover more about its art, history and resident family.

DAY THREE

Our day begins with a drive to Derbyshire and the village of Crich. Here we visit the superb National Tramway Museum. Transporting you back in time with cobbled streets and the gentle rumble of passing trams. Including many period features such as shops, ice cream parlour, tea rooms and more. Later, we head to Chesterfield, with the famous Crooked Spire of St Mary’s Church – how did it happen?

DAY FOUR

Today we head into the peak district to the picturesque market town of Bakewell. Here we take a break and you can sample the original Bakewell Tart or Pudding, to give it its proper name. From here we move on to Buxton, with its delightful gardens and magnificent historic buildings

DAY FIVE

After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
