DAY ONE

Depart from your home area traveling to the Park Hotel, Montrose. 4 nights stay - dinner, bed and breakfast.

DAY TWO

Our first outing takes along the Angus coastline past the Dunnottar Castle for a photo stop, the most romantic site imaginable. From here we head to Stonehaven, with its attractive working harbour. This is our lunch stop with a chance to explore the town before we make our way south through Laurencekirk and Brechin.

DAY THREE

Today we make our way along the coast to Arbroath, home of the famous ‘Smokies’. Visit Spinks shop in the town for a taste of these local specialties. This afternoon we visit Glamis Castle, situated in the foothills of the Angus Glens, the family home of the Earls of Strathmore, and a favourite of the late Queen Mother. We return to the hotel for Cream Tea of Scones, Jam & Cream.

DAY FOUR

We journey to the city of Dundee today where we visit the V&A Museum of Design. Enjoy a guided tour of the site where will learn the everyday relevance of design and how it improves our lives, experience the processes that underpin it and discover the little-known stories of Scottish design with an international impact. After our visit, enjoy free time to explore Dundee.

DAY FIVE

After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
