DAY ONE

Depart from your home area travelling to East Anglia and arrive late afternoon at the Best Western Priory Hotel. 4 nights stay - dinner, bed and breakfast.

DAY TWO

Today, we discover the villages of Constable Country on a guided tour. We visit East Bergholt, an unspoiled village with many fine old houses and cottages. See the church at Dedham, with its 131ft tower, and the little hamlet of Flatford Mill. Both were favoured subjects in Constable’s paintings, with one of his works being named after the mill. From here we head towards Felixstowe for lunch - We then have free time to explore before returning to our hotel.

DAY THREE

This morning our day takes us to Lavenham, one of the UK's most beautiful medieval villages in the heart of Suffolk. This afternoon we visit Jimmy’s Farm. Seen on TV and developed over many years from a derelict site to a thriving business, with the chance to see a variety of traditional British rare-breed farm animals and endangered wildlife.

DAY FOUR

After a leisurely breakfast, we journey East to Waldringfield to enjoy a relaxing 2-hour cruise on the River Deben, one of the most beautiful spots on the East Coast. Tea/Coffee and biscuits are served onboard. Afterwards, we visit Woodbridge a charming small town on the banks of the River Deben. Have free time to explore. Perhaps visit the famous tide mill or browse the shops on the high street.

DAY FIVE

After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
